пост-трейдинговые операции; пост-трейдинговое обслуживание
C&S этап в "жизненном цикле" сделки, следующий за заключением сделки, в ходе которого продавец и покупатель проверяют данные о сделке (trade details), обмениваются подтверждениями и дают поручения на перевод ценных бумаг и денежных средств. Данный этап имеет особенно важное значение на тех рынках, операции на которых не стандартизированы (напр., на внебиржевом рынке (OTC market).
